2) We have rights to change all content of the pages or pricing of products of this website without notice.
3) We do not offer any refund or return policy.
4) No refunds for rotten mangoes. refunds only for damage mango parcel if customer send email within 24 hours after delivery with proper photographs or videos.
5) We don’t accept any complaint after 4 days of delivery related to bad or rotten mangoes.
6) Some times mangoes getting spongy tissue problem so, customer needs to proof with photographs, then they will get up to 4 mangoes amount refunded after deducting courier charges. refunds will get after checking photos which is provided by customers.
7) Grade change difference amount will be refunding after completion of season.
8) Mangoes such types of fruits are perishable items, so you can not cancel order after confirmation.
9) Please note that point, we can not maintain stock of mangoes, We are taking orders on the basis of crop judgment and there is no idea before harvesting which size are available mostly, that dosent mean, we cant take pre-booking. Schedule booking some time going wrong due to unbalance of climate. We are shiping all orders as per order number sequence and dispatch schedule. Alphonso mangoes average sizes are 150 gms to 300 gms, so, we are taking prebooking on the basis on above mention sizes.
10) We do not accept any complaints regarding “mangoes are not genuine and tasteless”, because some customers consume mangoes and trying to getting refund after giving mention reason.
11) All disputes subject to Ratnagiri jurisdiction only.
