Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged Mangoes
If the mangoes received are damaged, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as your delivery arrives. Hence, we will need to have pictures of the damage for our records. Once verified we shall make refunds for damaged items.

2. Reporting Timeframe
In order to claim a refund for damage of your purchase, we must be informed within 24 hours after receiving the delivery. After this timeframe, we can’t process refunds for damage that is reported.

3. Perishable Nature of Mangoes
Since mangoes are perishable commodities, we do not issue refunds for internally bad or overripe ones. To ensure the visual perfection of mangoes at delivery, it is advisable to inspect them immediately upon receipt for any visible external damage.

4. Refund Process
a. After your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a specified period.
b. Refunds are done for the cost of only damaged items; shipping costs cannot be refunded.
c. If there was a free shipping order, the actual courier costs incurred by us will be subtracted from your refund. This is a necessary deduction to offset the cost of shipping involved in the original delivery.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
In case the delivery fails as a result of an erroneous or incomplete address provided by customer, we will not be held liable for refunds. Please provide correct delivery information when ordering.

Promotional, discounted or bulk order items are non-refundable. Refunds are available only on regular-priced items.
